RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.

• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

1. Make sure your item meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item.

2. Email us at info@americanbrat.us with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

3. We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label to send the item back.

4. Please allow 3–4 business days for your return to arrive and up to 7–10 business days for us to process it.

5. Exchanges will be sent out as soon as your return is approved. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll follow up with options.
